The idea is to sell ready to eat, delicious fried chicken and sides with a Chinese flavor profile and a modern approach. We will also sell beer and liquor to go. We want to be fun, approachable and not overly serious even though the food has high aspirations. We are targeting the young millennial demographic who are stuck in their apartments and have exhausted the range of their culinary abilities and local delivery options.")
