Description of the organization and its target audience
We are a restaurant serving a wine community. Our food will be upscale featuring tastes from around the world. Focusing on local, in-season organic farm to table produce and meats. Will have an artisanal wine list focused on benchmark styles and sustainable viticulture from around the world. Prices will be mid to high. However, it will be casual fine dining and should have a relaxed casual feel with a sophisticated presentation of food. The tag line / slogan is optional and could be one, two or all three words or none.
