Electric Paper Evaluationssysteme GmbH is the leading supplier of web-based software solutions for the conduction of cross-media surveys and exams, which are created, completed and evaluated in an automated fashion. The EvaSys Survey Automation Suite has established itself in the German-speaking region and internationally as a highly-developed software “made in Germany”. Besides of more than 1.250 EvaSys systems, which are mostly utilized organization-wide, the company has also been present on the market since 2011 with the EvaExam Assessment Automation Suite, a software for the automated assessment and capture of cross-media examinations. The company currently employs 48 members of staff at its headquarters in Lüneburg, Germany and additionally operates a subsidiary company in London with 8 employees and an international sales network. We have been developing B2B-solutions for over 20 years and distribute them to organizations such as universities, hospitals and companies in various industries. Our products are employed where the feedback of learners, lecturers, seminar participants, patients, employees and customers is systematically captured and evaluated in line with a quality management. Moreover, we follow the newest trends of the online world with our Software-as-a-Service products and can also make our survey solutions available for short-term survey projects, if necessary.

As part of our campaign plan for 2017 we would like to implement a campaign for our business in the sector “healthcare” (HC). The target group for this campaign are hospitals, which collect and analyze data for their quality management in order to determine areas of improvement and actions to be taken. As there are a lot of hospitals with various specializations in Germany, our target group is very heterogeneous. The individual sectors (e.g. psychosomatic, rehabilitation, or beauty clinics) are different in wording and visual language. Therefore, we decided to do a long-term campaign with small tranches of 30 to 50 addressees. We are currently qualifying addresses, as this is one of two pillars of a successful campaign in our opinion. For the creative part of the campaign concept we want you to do a draft of a postal mailing catching our target group directly. Goal The ideal outcome of the campaign is the generation of leads, which will result in product presentations at the potential customers. We are looking for a coherent concept for the implementation of the campaign, to address potential customers from the clinic sector as personally as possible, despite of the heterogenous nature of the clinic landscape. Concept Postal mailing is provided, which consists of a creative information leaflet and a personal cover letter. The cover letter comes from us, the creative information leaflet should be created by you. Every idea is accepted if it is creative and fresh and can be dispatched by post without incurring high costs. However, we are open for alternating concepts, as long as the campaign is creative and fresh and the information can be dispatched by post without incurring high costs. Implementation In principle, with the HC-campaign we want to address clinics from different sectors. The divisions differ greatly. As there are a lot of hospitals with various specializations in Germany, our target group is very heterogeneous. The individual sectors (e.g. psychosomatic, rehabilitation, or beauty clinics) are different in wording and visual language. The common ground is our survey software which will be used in every case to evaluate satisfaction of patients in order to deduce measures for improvement.
