Responsible for design and creation of graphics to meet specific commercial and business needs, such as web pages, user flows and icons. Guide design of consumer facing products, in close partnership with product and technology team members. Guide all user centered design activities from experience strategy to wireframes through validation and development. Evaluate how future technology solutions and methodologies impact current and future business strategies and practices, with a focus on the usability by the end-user. Ensure that our company designs deliver an appropriate balance of optimizing business objective and user engagement, in close partnership with product managers. Work closely with development teams during the entire development lifecycle to ensure that designs are effective translated into production-ready codes. Drive design across a broader ecosystem, where user specifications require tailoring to meet the needs of customers and end-user customers. Guide the design of cross channel experiences across a portfolio of products from concept to wireframes and final design deliverables. 

Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing or related and 18 months of experience in job offered or in a graphic design and website user experience testing position or related position.
