当社はウェブやスマートフォンアプリの開発業務（要件定義・設計・開発・テスト・運用の工程）を行えるスタッフを自社で育成し、協力会社へ派遣する人材派遣業を運営。 運用やサポート体制に手慣れたスタッフが本社に常駐するため、情報の行き違いや万一のトラブルにも対応できる。コストを抑えクオリティを高く保てることにより競合との差別化を図る。 また、代表取締役の音楽活動経験で培った、音楽知識を活かし、アーティストの発掘、育成、管理及びマネージメント業務もおこなう。
