Oncloud is an electronic medical record designed for perfusionists. I think we are wanting to convey that this is a cloud-based EMR system and also that it provides data and analytics.

I’d like to really just improve and update the current logo attached. I’d like it to be somewhat recognizable. This would be used on our website primarily. I included the current website, but the website and color scheme will be updated soon. I’d like to stick with the blue colors though as this is preferable for medical. We will be dropping the other colors and still with a flat material design. I would like the logo to be flat material design to match.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
