We want the logo inspire and communicate the sense of alignment and transformation journey. We inspired by geese migration, their sense of direction (to the left), changing the roles of leadership during the journey, diversity amount the team and respect for each other, etc. For the font we are using Nunito on website

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
