Summary Käfer&Käfer Immobilien is a real estate management and development firm in the wealth management industry. We manage real estate of the behalves of real estate owners and advise these owners in any belongings of their property. Our advise and work help them to secure and develop their property for the next generation. This includes efficient and economical property management and development (including investment and cashflow planning), divestment (sales) and acquisition of property, but also managing the operational side of real estate (from managing accounts to building services as well as marketing their property to appropriate tenants). A lot of our work has to do with financial and legal knowledge but also is a peoples’ business. Our logo must express our trustworthiness and our competence. We are a reliable firm which is discrete and transparent, modern but with a lot of experience in efficient and sovereign real estate management. Our team is friendly and professional and has a trusted relationship with our clients. Most of our clients are with us on the long-term. Target Group Our target audience are real estate owners of residential or commercial or mixed residential-commercial property. They are mainly private people in the second half of their lives’. Mostly they will have an academic background (high educated, such as doctors, etc) or are entrepreneurs (such as retailers/family businesses, etc) or are heirs. To a smaller portion they are commercial firms which own property. Unsere Beratung und unsere Arbeit hilft unseren Klienten Ihren Besitz wirtschaftlich zu entwickeln und Werte für die nächste Generation zu erhalten und zu erschaffen. Dies beinhaltet wirtschaftliches und effizientes Immobilienmanagement und Entwicklung (zB Wirtschafts- und Investmentpläne), Divestment (Verkauf) und Ankauf von Immobilien aber auch das Managen der operativen Immobilienverwaltung (von Buchhaltung und Mieteradministration über technische Gebäudeverwaltung bis hin zur Vermietung). Zielgruppe Unsere Zielgruppe sind die Besitzer von Immobilien und Liegenschaften, zumeist Wohngebäude aber auch Gewerbe oder gemischt genutze Immobilien (Wohn-und Geschhäftshäuser). Unsere Klienten sind Privatpersonen und befinden sich zumeist in ihrer zweiten Lebenshälfte (ab circa Mitte 30 aufwärts). Sie haben häufig eine akademische Ausbildung (wie zB Ärzte) oder sind Unternehmer oder Erben/Erbengemeinschaften oder Wohneigentumsgemeinschaften. Zu einem geringen Anteil sind unsere Klienten Firmen.

-We are looking for a clear, reliable more conservative but still very modern/contemporary look. Must be trustworthy and stand for value and reliability, but still be accessible and light. - Our current colors are blue (RGB 37 (red)-64 (green) -97 (blue)) and grey. We like our current colors very much but would be open to other colors too (e.g. brown, red, whatever you feel is appropriate). The logo should also be ok for gray scale/black and white printing. - The logo might have a real estate element in it, but does not necessarily need to have one. Can be more neutral too. Our logo is very important to us as it represents who we are. So we are very keen to see your ideas and designs for the new look of our company! If you have any questions please let us know!
