La mission de Farm to You est de procurer une expérience unique de consommation d’un repas sain et naturel autour d'une soupe tant classique qu’originale, avec un apport de quiches, de haute qualité, réalisé exclusivement à partir de produits locaux bruxellois biologiques traçables et non transformé... La démarche de consommation se veut aussi sociétale, en privilégiant le partenariat avec des associations de ré-insertion et/ou de développement ... Le concept est donc de procéder à la transformation de produits bio en soupes tant classiques qu’innovantes et de les distribuer via différents canaux : bar à soupe (brick and mortar outlet), food truck (événementiel : festival, corporate, mariage) et magasins bio ou haut de gamme (...
