About us
Wir, das Kompetenzcenter „Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft“, sind ein bunt gemischtes Team im ALTE LEIPZIGER - HALLESCHE Versicherungskonzern, bestehend aus Mitarbeitern aus der IT & aus der Prozessberatung. Wir definieren den künftigen Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft für unsere Mitarbeiter im Konzern. Neben der Konzeption, Realisierung & Einführung moderner Kollaborationstools, legen wir auch die erforderliche Hardware fest, die unsere Mitarbeiter für das mobile Arbeiten benötigen. Die Mitarbeiter informieren wir zum Go Live über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle. Da wir über zwei Direktionsstandorte in Deutschland sowie über weitere Außenstellen verteilt sind, hat die virtuelle Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation & Transparenz hohe Priorität für uns.
