Description of the organization and its target audience
Mission: 50 pies in 50 states in 15 years to inspire connection through culinary kindness. We plan to travel as a family to all 50 US states to connect with people through food. We plan to give pizza and pies away to 50 people in each state. We plan to sell aprons, pizza making equipment and subscriptions to support this effort.

2nd Message: We are realizing our original directions might have been too narrow and too complex. We would like to request simpler designs that can be more easily used as in all applications (ie really small, large, in color and black and white). We would like to see how you as designers can take the information about us and our original ask and come up with something creative and simple. You are the experts. Thank you!
1st Message: We have thought about a logo that is a pizza slice where the toppings make a map of the US or North America (including Canada and Central America. Modeling it after a Margherita pizza (with the mozzarella cheese making the map and the pizza sauce making the oceans or visa versa). The basil leaves could be Florida or just thrown on the pizza. We have also thought about using the words "50 Pies" and turn the "0" in 50 into a pizza. We are open to other ideas as well.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
