Exhale is a mental health not-for-profit organisation. Our mission is to improve mental health outcomes for participants within the Exhale program. We deliver yoga, mindfulness and meditation sessions to inmates within prisons as a form of rehabilitation. We also leverage technology to increase the accessibility of care and to drive down the cost of care. We also are working to reduce the ongoing stigmas around mental health.
We believe there is an epidemic still raging in the shadows. While positive solutions do appear to be accelerating around the country there are still years of work to be done. We plan to be there on the front lines helping to reduce loneliness and improve the mental health of our society.

I’m interested in wordmark and combination logos. I'd love something really simple and clean - something that conveys themes of balance and community, or an abstract rendition of the yin and yang symbol (but please don't be tied to this, if you have other ideas of symbols for mental health, we'd love to see them!).
