Especially after the diagnose setting it is a big challenge to accept the disease and to find a new ... We want so empower them to be happy ... By building special mentoring networks and special social media projects we will modernize the classical ... The purpose of „Chronisch glücklich ...“ will be also fulfilled by a special coaching program and ... So the chronically ill persons get chronically lucky/happy ... Our further Mission: Increase IBD awareness und enhance the public ... Our Motivation: To transform a "chronically ill" person into a "chronically happy" ...

Es herrscht ein enormes Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl zwischen den ... Diese möchten wir mit unserem Logo abholen, sodass sie sogar Bock haben es auf T-Shirts zu drucken, Kappen zu tragen, sich damit ... Denn sie möchten nicht mehr nur "krank" sein, sondern chronisch glü... Sie sind alle ziemliche Kä... Deshalb wünschen wir uns ein "kraftvolles" , unkitschiges ...
