El proyecto tiene tres pilares: 1) "Súmate a la eficiencia" a través del cual se busca que los equipos que van a participar en el proyecto contribuyan mejorar la eficiencia de las operaciones de la empresa; 2) "Súmate a la Modernidad" a través del cuál se busca que los equipos ayuden con ideas para hacer una modernización tecnológica y 3) "Súmate al Bienestar" a través del cuál queremos mejorar el clima de trabajo en la organización

La compañía se llama Thomas MTI (... es una compañía bastante tradicional y con este proyecto queremos cambiar completamente el chip de las personas, entonces estaría bien hacer un logotipo más "moderno" y hasta un poco ... Los colores de la empresa son típicamente verdes, pero para este proyecto estaría bien utilizar colores distintos, o inclusive una mezcla de varios ... El logotipo se va a ver en las presentaciones de powerpoint pero también en comunicaciones (mails) y en afiches que se van a imprimir
