Description of the organization and its target audience
I partner with business leaders in times of transformation (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, growth strategy, etc) to help shape organizational culture. I do this through consulting, facilitating and coaching specific to leadership & team effectiveness and communications strategy. My clients will be senior leaders in mid to large companies; could be focused on a region in US or global.

Other notes
I am a solo practice, partnering with other coaching or consulting firms or submitting bids on my own. My brand will need to help me stand confidently alongside these firms and be taken seriously by senior leaders / executives. I want to have my brand feel confident, clean / simple, optimistic, connected and clever. See the two documents attached for background on the business and meaning behind the name. With the nature theme behind my business name, I'm curious to see options that are more abstract (not relating to nature) or that bring in a nature element. I'm also open to bright pops of color to stand apart in the consulting land of navy and green. The slogan listed above... if it is too long, we can remove that for now to focus on the image, text and color of the logo. :)
UPDATE: This was posted in the message section to all designers, but wanted to note it here, as well. I would like to stay away from using "ACP" in the logo image, as my audience may confuse this abbreviation with an process that is specific to their industry, but unrelated to my business. I don't want to cause confusion for them.
UPDATE:
Hi All! Thank you again for your great work! This is so energizing and a relief to see my brand come to life. When I was looking for ideas online before initiating this contest, I found some images that use a leaf to bring out a letter shape and a feeling of connection. I'm wondering if there's anyway to take a concept like this and have the shapes bring out a letter "A" or "a"? See the third document I posted in "References" section.
Thank you and I'm excited to start this branding work!
