Description of the organization and its target audience
We build semi-educational mobile apps for littles because all parents need a little downtime sometimes. Think an app where you interact with shapes through touch on an iPhone or a camera app with VR that shows different animals hiding around your house. Our users are 2 to 8 year olds but our target buyers are parents (usually working parents). So our brand needs to appeal to both - fun but not too "cartoony"

Our brand is playful and embraces the craziness of having young kids. I'm attaching a screenshot of our current WIP landing page to give you an idea. We love bold, punchy colors. If you go the icon route, just make sure it keep it more abstract and less cartoony. Fonts must be available without a license.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
