Medcom
Medcom is a third party benefits administration company that provides COBRA, Flexible Spending Account, HRA, Compliance, and Affordable Care Act Reporting services to different companies throughout the US. Medcom main users will be employers of the companies that will access our site to get to their portal that holds their benefit information. We also have employer users that will access our site to get benefit documentation for their employees and to get access to their employer portal. Finally, we have consultants who work on behalf of employers that will access the site to learn more about our business and contact us. These users will access our site to get proposals, read about our services, or to contact us.
We need a website design that clearly identifies the broker, employer and employee users. Each distinct user needs to be able to immediately identify themselves upon entering the site and find the information they need easily. Looking for friendly, functional web design.
Each user will essentially follow their own branch because each will need to see and access different things. For example, employee and employer/consultant will have different contact pages.
We also want to be easily accessible for employers/consultants looking and considering Medcom for the first time.
Looking for a open look and feel. Feel free to play with colors on the design.
This contest is for the design of the home, services, broker, employer, and employee pages.
Homepage
On the home page, looking for a design to help employees, employers and brokers/consultants easily identify themselves and navigate to where they need to go. Home page must also entice new companies looking for a new vendor and provide a way for them to communicate with Medcom to get a quote, contact us, call. Each user type has access to a different portal, phone number, email, forms, etc. This is why it is essential to get them to the right place on the home page.
Services Page
On the services page, we offer over 40 ancillary products but will only look to display around 20 services. Each service is categorized by department. For example, Fringe Benefits Department has services FSA, HRA, DCAP. COBRA Department has services COBRA Administration, Retiree Billing. Our ACA Department has ACA Reporting Services, FTE Calculation Services, ACA Repeal. We have more but this should give you a good idea. Need to be able to show a description of the services and a way to get a quote or contact us if they want the service. Be creative, maybe a video section for each. Expandable sections.
Broker Page
Need page to provide access to broker portal, document repository, contact information, proposal forms, SFTP portal, Secure Email portal, Compliance portal.
Employer Page
Need page to provide access to broker portal, document repository, contact information, proposal forms, SFTP portal, Secure Email portal, Compliance portal.
Employee Page
Need page to provide access to employee portal, document repository, contact information, employee forms, employee FAQ section.
Don't restrict yourself, try to be safe and creative. We are looking to stand out but the home page has to be accessible for employers, brokers, employees and new visitors.
