BumblePost
In a nutshell, Custom greeting cards. Created online by you. Printed and mailed by us for $1. Our site is centered around an online calendar that lets you create your cards for the future and we print and mail them for you when the dates come around.
Yes - but in private beta.
http://vacationrentalpartner.com/ - love the ease of this site. The fun/business like look

http://www.groupon.com
We LIKE http://www.jackcards.com but think overall it is too cluttered. This is another card site, but one we would like to compete with!
Currently our homepage is fine, but not great (see attached).
- We LIKE that is shows our users our basic features. The calendar, postcards (postgreets we call them for greeting postcards).
- We LIKE that there is a "learn more" and "let’s bumble" button the user can choose.
-We DON'T like that there is no flow, that the current images don't look very professional and that the colors (lime green) don't feel inviting.
We picture something that is a breath of fresh air. Gets the point across, but not too wordy. I want to try and use some lighter greens (that match our logo-not clash) and maybe a light blue and white-light and airy colors. More girly than not girly.
On http://www.jackcards.com their home page has a simple 1-2-3 graphic that I love. This is similar to our service and would like to incorporate something like this on our home page.
Text for that graphic should say
1) Add important dates for friends and family
2) Select and customize a card for the events
3) We will print and mail them for you when the dates come around
Here is some more description for our two main features (for your own knowledge in case you need some additional text)
Calendar- Add events, create the cards, we will print and mail them for you when the dates roll around and send you text and email reminders too.
PostGreets: Unique, JUMBO, high quality Postcards. Make a statement in the mail.
What we need to put somewhere on the homepage is a new feature we are offering, where a customer who is not familiar with BumbePost can request a card from us for free to get our product in the mail (to see what it looks like before they buy). This can be a button, tab, arrow feature that says "Our cards are awesome! Want us to send you one (for free)? " You decide what would look best, but we want this to be visible to anyone visiting us for the first time.
All the current tabs, buttons, etc need to stay. You can change the look of them to what you think will look best, but they need to be there!
We are excited to see what you come up with!
Best of luck! Excited to see what you come up with.
Our target market is millennials (college students-upper 30 year olds). 80% of the greeting cards per year are purchased by women. We would like to cater to women vs. men with the look and feel. A man could definitely use our site and be happy, but women will most likely be over half of our users in the long run :)
PS- feel free to email or message us with any questions!
