Simplify needs a new website design

The web page copy attached explains what we do pretty well. We are a digital media company that provides website/app design and development and digital marketing services to businesses.

The website should convey the brand: simple. The page should be minimalist but still be visually interesting and attractive. Some textures and patterns can be used, but not much. The page should be modern looking and clean. The websites mentioned below capture these ideas to some degree, but the page can be even simpler than these. It should have an interesting and distinctive font that is also readable. The text should be large and easy-to-read. We want a simple yet beautiful website that is easy to browse. The navigation bar should be persistent, but can be positioned vertically or horizontally.

This is a one page website. Please just format the attached page (which is built simply in boilerplate HTML5) in a way that conveys the brand and messaging we're trying to convey. It needs to include a contact form. The only thing not included in the attachment we need added to the content is three icon boxes under "Services" that say "Websites" "Apps" "Digital Marketing".

Nothing too fancy or cluttered. No big footer.

Please use your imaginations and feel free to try something you haven't before. A unique design is something we'd love to have. But if you have inspiration from something that exists, feel free to use that as well. We're wide open to options here. The plan is to take a few designs and test them for conversion. So we're going to likely purchase more than one design. We also see this as a trial run for much more work we'd like to use you for.
