Summary

The design should be a clean custom look, take a look at the site i really like http://www.by-owner-ol.com/ My site should be much wider then that site!! VIP Also I want ot be able to add banner ads on inside the site, maybe on the right hand side of the site. The header. Would like something like www.byowner.com, I really like the house and yard sign they use. 1) Need 6 buttons aross the header & 15 buttons down the left hand side of the design

Desired Color Scheme: Very Clean look, open on colors Desired Style: See above Accepted File Formats: PSD with all source files and fonts used Also need to have sponsor banner ads at bottom footer of the pages like, www.byowner.com would be nice for someone to creat a FSBO icon? I would pay 50.00 extra for this. I ONLY NEED A MAIN HOME PAGE DESIGNED AND ONE OF THE CONTENT PAGES!!!
