I am a small internet advertiser who is looking to do advertising for local companies in my city and area. It is going to be getting local companies online and delivering traffic to their sites.

Small business owners in Canada. Not very web savy.
Requirements
Red, shades of and white is a must. The message has to be simple and easy to view. Using the site should be simple. All I need is a front page designed. A log in, logo, headline that shows what we do.
