A Cleaner Noosa specialises in looking after the treasured holiday houses or weekenders for absentee owners, whether as far away as Singapore or as close as Brisbane.
But you don’t have to be absent! We look after your home if you are too busy to do it yourself, and our clientele are usually particular about how their home is presented.
Erna, as the Standards Supervisor, is loved by her clients, and one even calls her “Erna the magnificent.” She ensures that her teams give the best possible results, and her clients enjoy their personalised association with A Cleaner Noosa.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY
What do we do?
We look after a variety of tasks:
Body Corporate work, taking care of common areas;
Blocks of holiday flats;
Prestige holiday houses, both under agency management, and privately run through Air B and B; and
Private homes, with owners either present or absent.
As well as day-to-day cleaning and turnover cleans for holiday rentals, we change and launder the linen and towels, replenish the user items like shampoo and body wash, kitchen items, and organise lawn mowing, window cleaning, and some handyman maintenance. We have close links to many other services, covering interior design for renovations, and total management for your property.
A family business, A Cleaner Noosa has been in the hands of Erna and Rob Haylock since 2007, having moved to the Sunshine Coast from the Hunter Valley. We have built a reputation as reliable and trustworthy cleaners of prestige property.

We know that you have experienced good cleaning services in the past, so we are able to introduce you to the best cleaning service in the Noosa area. Erna and her teams of selected workers have exacting standards for all their work, and of course they are fully insured.
Erna’s background is a university education in Marketing and Real Estate, so she understands how the clients will want their property to be presented and cared for.
She is supported by Rob, whose background of 45 years in aviation has allowed him to run a business dealing with the VVIPs of the world.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
Fill in the enquiry form on the last page, and we will contact you to organise a meeting. This will put a face to a name, and let us assess the property and what you would like to achieve. Usually, we begin with a Spring Clean, to get all aspects of the house to the required standard. This makes subsequent weekly or fortnightly cleans easier, and we can then work out a standard rate for the property.
You might only want an on-demand service, to prepare the home and have it fresh and clean for your arrival or that of your guests. On departure, we reset the home with fresh linen and supplies (we can organise rental linen for holiday hires) and have it feel like a 5-star hotel.
Bathroom packs of amenities are available, as are Kitchen/Laundry packs, to give guests a few days’ relaxing break before having to go shopping for essentials.
There are no contracts to sign, because to us, a handshake and your word are enough. However, you may wish to leave a list of the services you would like to be performed, or do as most of our clients do: simply email us with arrival/departure dates and any special requests.
Payment is by 14-day invoice and EFT, though cash always works too.
