We are developing an online medical journal (Online Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Journal), and we need a logo and uncoded design template. We are interested in a clean, professional look. Please read the complete brief!
Online Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Journal – http://www.emultrasoundjournal.com and/or http://www.emusjournal.com
Desired Color Scheme:
No particular requirements.
Desired Style:
We want the site to have a clean, professional feel. It needs to be very easy to navigate and to find information. The logo should be simple and professional, just like the site design. We are not looking for something extravagant.
Accepted File Formats:
Original, layered PSD. Font files for non-standard fonts. Original stock photography if used.
We are in need of a logo and a website (template only, no code) for a new online journal.
Â
The name of the website will be Online Emergency Medicine Ultrasound Journal, and the URL will be http://www.emultrasoundjournal.com or http://www.emusjournal.com.
Â
Basically, this will be an online medical journal on the topic of use of applications of ultrasound in any emergency setting.
Â
The site will feature articles and multimedia (photos and videos).
Â
New issues of the journal will be published to the site probably on a quarterly basis.

Â
The layout of the site should make it easy for users to access the content. Articles for the current issue of the journal should be prominent. A simple search feature should be accessible on the page, along with a link to an advanced search page. Some examples of links that will probably need to be present include: table of contents, letters to the editor, editorial staff and boards, education, liason reports, search, past issues, journal watch, community practice, member login, etc.
Â
We would like to see both a home page design and a content page design (an article page).
Â
Listed below are a few links to other online journal website so that you can get a feel for the typical content of an online journal. Our site will probably be simpler content-wise (but hopefully much better looking) than most of the examples, but they should at least give you an idea of the basic content that will probably be on the site.
