Large Recruitment Agency Seeking Webpage Design

We’re the parent company of a large recruitment agency network in Southeast Asia that places workers into overseas jobs all over the world. As a holding company without its own business operations, it has never had its own branding in its 17+ year history. We would like to change that by creating a responsive website that highlights the services offered by the company’s vast network of agencies and local partners.

We have already identified a reference website design that we like VERY much (see links below). The “winner” of the competition should be able to capture the reference website’s style, design, and aesthetic and carry it over to our company website. Key things we like about the reference website: 1.) Great transitions from section to section 2.) Great use of real-world photos, which are all FILTERED to create a consistent tone and aesthetic. (We really like the neutral color tone) 3.) GLOBAL, corporate, international feel While our company is based regionally in Southeast Asia, we also want to communicate a global, international feel in our design and in our use of photos.
