Kinsley Group is made up of the Kinsley Sarn Executive Recruitment and the consulting division that provides executive coaching services including executive Assessment, Executive Coaching, Leadership Training, Culture and Engagement Strategies, Executive Compensation and Strategic Planning services for larger corporations. Services are provided nationally in the US. Their home market is Indianapolis, Indiana and their key market are Midwest companies, but their capabilities and clients are located nationally and internationally. “Our Services Know no Boundaries”.
Targeted Audience: Senior executives of major corporations within the US (Fortune 1000).

What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
Design objectives: Visual simplicity, strong visual impact. Use striking, impactful photos. Client prefers darker rich colors. Avoid designs that are white or appear washed out. Emphasis is on “Moving Forward/Progression/Advancement/Achievement.”
Photos and imagery to be corporate. People in photos should be business professionals aged 40-50 (older Gen X or young Baby Boomer) and show ethnic diversity
