Kupari Boutique Apartments
Kupari is a holiday resort located in Surfers Paradise, on the Gold Coast specialising in providing accommodation which is clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable. Just 50 metres off the beach and a short stroll to Cavill Ave, Kupari is located trackside for the annual Car Race through the streets of Surfers.
Our existing website (kuparicondos.com) is old, and its time for a fresh design. We're after a clean & elegant design, with page elements well spaced out. Use plenty of white space. We're not interested in incorporating social media or blog elements, although we do have a video tour we'd like to embed. (Hosted by YouTube)
Our new site will be at Kupari.com.au
Primarily family and more mature guests. While Kupari wishes to basically appeal to all age groups the accent is to be toward families and more mature guests, especially those wishing to stay for longer periods.
Kupari markets to a niche of providing accommodation which is comfortable, convenient and affordable, especially to longer stay guests during off-peak periods and during these periods has a tariff structure based on the longer you stay the cheaper the tariff is.
As you design, consider using slightly larger font than usual to cater to older guests.
We're thinking about a fixed width (for 1024 px wide screens) two-column layout, with the sidebar on the right. At the top, lets have a banner containing the logo, phone number, and email address. Include images in the banner if you wish.
Under the banner should be a horizontal menu bar. Menu buttons: Home, Apartments, Rates, Bookings What To Do, Location, Contact Us
We'll also want a link for Policies (booking terms, refunds, cancellation) somewhere, but not part of the main menu.
The sidebar (right side) will contain icons for Enquire, Book Now, and Rates. We may include a widget with current weather conditions.
The main content area (left) will contain page content (headings, bullet points, paragraphs, images, etc)
We're after a clean & elegant design. Page elements should be well spaced, and avoid the over-use of bright colours. We're trying to express "Comfort" more than "Excitement".
Consider a light shade (or beige) body background, with highlights from the logo colours used where appropriate.

Important: We'd like the design in a layered Photoshop PSD format.
