hmedia05 got their new web page design by running a design contest:
Hannah News Capitol Connection Redesign Dashboard
Check out hmedia05's Web page design contest…
We need a redesign of a currently existing news platform website. The old site is out of date visually and needs a re-vamp to be more user friendly and intuitive. The current site is also not responsive which is the main reason for the redesign. The link provided below for the already existing website will not lead to the login based news dashboard that is being redesigned.

What to avoid
Staying in the current realm of the colors used on the dashboard is advised however stepping outside of this scheme for an important reason is fine ( expect question on the change though ). View attached document for screenshots of current dashboard.
We will need a view for both desktop and mobile as the main reason for this redesign is for responsive. Based on the screenshots of the dashboard, the hierarchy of the information provided is very important. Making informative changes to the hierarchy of this content must be for things like UI and making things flow better on mobile. I have attached the design research and direction documents as well as the screenshot of the homepage of the dashboard.
