Dyslexia Web Site Redesign

We would like a site redesigned. It is for a Dyslexia non-profit organization. We need the site to done professionally and with a clean look. We have created a wireframe which can be used as a reference point.

Dyslexia is a learning disability which is characterized by difficulties with accurate word recognition and poor spelling abilities. we want the site to increase awareness of dyslexia while at the same time assisting families, educators and parents about the disorder. Mission of the organization is to

(1) to increase awareness of dyslexia and related learning disabilities;
(2) to assist professionals, dyslexics and their families;
(3) to promote use of effective teaching methods; and
(4) to disseminate research-based knowledge.

http://www.cobida.org is the site we want redesigned. Current content will be utilized with additional generated content.

We want the site to use the layout similar to the one in the wireframe. The site has to have a professional look. CSS and HTML files with PSD will be preferred.
Mainly use blue and white colors and
optional green. The site should have rounded corners.

Event panel will have image for upcoming conference event.

Upcoming conference needs to be highlighted.

The new site is powered by Dotnetnuke. Feel free to use stock photos.

Rotating flash can have pictures of children(multicultural).

The header should have the logo from
http://www.cincinnatidyslexia.org, but the man should be placed in Central Ohio.

Also the title should say Central Ohio Branch of the International Dyslexia Association.
The footer should contain the International Dyslexia Logo which can be obtained from http://www.interdys.org/images/sub_logo.gif

Please be creative and suggest any other aspect that we should consider.
