We sell personalised dog food, created by dog lovers - delivered to your door on subscription

- Please see attached our packaging designs for our 5 products. Themes around website design must match the brand styles. I am keen to bring out two key themes: (i) love for making delicious, PREMIUM, REAL MEAT and nutritional dog food and (ii) Ease of use: i.e. tailored for your dog and delivered each month - Typically lots of friendly and happy / smiling dog pictures are good selling points but also a relatively clean design / easy to read/find info works well - Preference to use our own dog illustrations on the site - see attached - Outline of the website copy and sketches attached.

I would like 2 pages designed: 1. Main Page and 2. Our products Page - Purpose of website:  We are looking for some help to design a site which would collect a small amount of information about an owner/pet as a pre-launch project for a innovative premium, personalised dog food product in HK / China. The questionaire would consist of some questions about the dog (name, breed, sex, age and weight). The final part would be a summary of the information inputted, and a picture of a recommended product (we have 5 product lines only) and an offer of 1 month free food if a user subscribes. An email should be generated with this info to the user and to ourselves.  - Our business model is around delicious dog food tailored the individual dog and delivered on monthly subscription so that needs to be explained somewhere on the website as the first point Must haves: - Explanation of how it works (See back of our packaging for basic info) 1. Tell us about your dog 2. Let us recommend the best food blend and feeding guidelines tailored to your dog (based on our unique nutritional algorithm). As your dog ages, his or her nutritional requirements also change. We have a full range of food blends to cater for puppy to seniors, big and small 3. Never run out of food again. We deliver to your door every month, so you never run out of delicious dog food 4. Commitment-free - We hope you love us and tell your pals, but if not cancel anytime (and come back anytime too!) - About our premium, real meat dog food including picture of our product range (i will send this to the group later but will be 5 products or so lined up in a row like on the Blackhawk about us site).
