I have been working in the medical products field for over 22 years now. I've travelled the world and have seen that although there is a need for innovation and medical products in teh US, the true need is in places like India, China, and even Europe. No small US medical company has the ability to take their products internationally because all of their investors want them to focus selling in the US. Cross Bay's focus is to help company's commercialize their products outside the US.

Medical product companies and Medical product distributors outside within and outside the US. Distributors need to be able to understand that Cross Bay is a company focused on bringing innovative devices to their markets. They don't want to spend too much time on a website searching. They know what they want and if they can find it, they want to be able to communicate with the supplier asap and work on distributing the product in their country/territory. Medical product companies need to understand quickly and easily to see that if we are sophisticated enough to work with us and have the right network to help them
The web design must apply to all target markets. It has to be simple, elegant and modern. Content management requirement is a must. Ideally, it would be a wordpress theme.
