Any sites that are optimized for conversions that look professional should be good, sorry no examples right now.

I would like for the homepage to be optimized for conversions. I'm currently using the canvas theme from woothemes but also have thesis. The actionable item is the adoption form that is currently on my site since that is the first process they need to complete to adopt a pig. The second is the email sign up, which is where users are notified of new litters that come into our site. And the third contact form exists within posts, where users can request more information the specific pig. I think 3 contact forms is too many so I'd like to probably condense the adoption form with the information on the specific pig. I want to be able to add new pages (and posts) without compromising the integrity of the design. I'm looking for something professional looking, but with conversions in mind.
