Needs to be clean and concise. Easy to understand and operate.

We want our logo/branding, and the picture of the agent assigned to the quote that has been requested. We want it to be clear on the page how changing the benefits affects the price. Finally, we want it to be clear which product/benefit option the consumer selects.

All options and colors are available.

This is a page that is designed to help a consumer on our site select a disability insurance policy. The first step is located at https://www.disabilityquotes.com/index-temp.cfm. Once a consumer has filled out the quote request box, they are taken to another page where they can fine tune the quote. They can select different benefit amounts and see the updated pricing in real time. Then, they can request an official quote for the amount they have chosen.

We have a start on how we want it to look, but we're unhappy with the results so far. We'd like some design options on this second page, where they can update their quote and see the new pricing and then select one of those policies to have us send to them.

I have included screen shots of the page we want designed. The first shot is what the consumer sees when they fill out the quote request box on the link above. The second shot is what they see when they chose to update the benefit amount to reflect a different amount and price.
