Body Sculpting Website Needs Gorgeous Design

A medical clinic with a new procedure that allows patients to sculpt their bodies and remove fat without surgery, making patients slimmer, vibrant, and more attractive.

Requirements
We need a home page design, with a clean feel. We will also need one internal page design (but please wait until we have a shortlist of 2-3 home page designs before working on this.)
The home page headline should be:
Lose Up to 6 Inches Of Fat With:
- No dieting or exercise
- No pills or drugs
- No surgery or pain
The clinic's phone number should be prominently displayed on the right-side of the page. For now, use "Call (800) 123-4567".
Also, a street address should appear somewhere. Use "123 Main St. Suite 100, Orlando FL 12345" for now.
The navigation menu should have:
- Home
- How It Works
- How It Feels
- Before & After Photos
- Weight Loss
- FAQ
- About Us/Contact
Graphics are available at http://www.infoniche.net/lipo/. Logo.jpg should be used, the rest are up to you. Comps for stock photos are OK too.
There is also a video that will be on the site. Use video-preview.jpg as a placeholder in the design.
The main elements of the design (headline, navigation, prominent phone number, and video) should all be visible without scrolling either horizontally or vertically at 1024x768 resolution.
