This is a generalist search engine type site. It aims to be modern and fresh, although it doesn't target necessarily young people.
Requirements
We are building a blog search engine and a blog directory (different sections in the same site).
We are looking to get a modern , fresh design, roomy, with lots of white space. The current website should provide a wireframe view of what we are trying to put on it, content wise.
Should provide space for advertising (ideally one above the search results and one 300x250 in the right column). Ads need to keep the format currently on the site.
Should not look like google / yahoo or any classic search engine design. We are looking for a more web 2.0 design, not the simplistic look they have.
