Im looking for a template design for a german online gambling site.
It should have a header, menu, and footer.
You also need to design a logo and design the front page.
With the product you deliver me, it should be easy for me to create as many sub-pages as needed with my own content.
When Im going to create content for this site I would like to built a sub-page like this

The project for you is to deliver me these 3 files (header, menu, and footer) plus images (logo and possibly others) that will be the frame for the site.
One more thing the menu items should be text based for easy add-on and better SE spider follow. The menu should be on the left or right.

Whats on there right now is pretty much crap, so you might want to start from scratch.
As I said this is going to be a german site, so here are some more details you might want to know.
Buntechips.com stands for colorful chips and should resemble casino chips/tokens. So thats the idea for the logo.
Im also going to give a few german phrases, just to give you something to use if you need any wording anywhere. These are just ideas.

If you have better ideas, but dont speak German, just ask! Also thats just needed, if you are going to use text within images which would make it hard for me to change. Otherwise just use English and I can change it myself.
As for the menu, just put item1, item2, whatever. I will complete all that.
Also if you could design the front page it would be great.
The front page should have
- a section for some text block with general hello stuff (like welcome to our site blah blah)
- then perhaps a news section (latest headlines)
- special offers (example: online casino X giving a special welcome bonus .)
- Top 5 online casinos (here you could design something nice looking, but basically it would be a 5 text links embedded in your design.
