Fortified Strength T-shirt

We are an Olympic Weightlifting club for youth and are looking for an interesting t-shirt design to sell as a fundraiser. My goal is to have something attractive for adults, not necessarily promote our club so much, as I'd like to use it as a fundraiser. Adults should feel like it's simple but sheik. I'd like to have the american flag incorporated on a sleeve somehow (not required in front/back) and I'd like to have something that is strong, but not too loud on the front -- even some variation of the name in a font with the logo would be great. I'd like to have the logo in the upper middle of the back of the shirt, but I'm up for any interesting proposals. I even thought of a strong "Fortified." (note the period) as a bold statement. I'd like to make sure our company name or logo is somewhere -- and the "Fortified" can be used standalone if needed. I really like bold/interesting typography. I like the designs from https://www.forged.com as an example. If you'd like to come up with motivational wording or a statement in words, I'm open to it. Most important thing is to make it such that it's something an adult would wear around town

Nothing too loud, stay away from 1970s swerve looks. stay within 4 colors (black & white option would be nice)
