Moon Monkey Labs
We are a young, vibrant, up-and-coming mobile application company that focus’ on consumer applications for the BlackBerry.
Our work is split into two categories. We create our own applications and market them directly to consumers. We also contract with companies that are looking to add a BlackBerry application to an existing product or need BlackBerry development expertise.
Our unique concepts bundled with exceptional user interface design allow our applications to stand out.
Our target demographics are consumers and clients. Mostly we will be using these business cards at developer conferences or similar events as well as when meeting potential clients.
The winning design will be a unique outside-the-box approach to a business card. Our approach to strategic marketing requires a business card that will stand out from every other one in a pile of business cards. Young. Fresh. Edgy yet professional. Let our requirements guide you, but most importantly use your artistic ability to tune into the right feel. The brand should be reflected in the logo/business card – moon, monkey & lab!
We don’t have a preference on the colors. Surprise us!
We are looking for a two-sided design. We are open to layout
We need to convey contact information (name, email, address, phone, mobile, url, twitter) and show off a logo. The logo could be the theme of the card. Be creative with the layout, as long as it is unique and makes sense. We are open to a cartoonish design just as much as to a contemporary clean looking design.
We are looking to get the business cards made at moo.com and they are providing the following art guidelines. They are slightly different from what 99designs.com lists below.
- Full Bleed size: 1039 x 697 pixels (300dpi), 88mm x 59mm (300dpi), 3.46" x 2.32" (300dpi)
- Final size when trimmed: 84mm x 55mm, 3.30" x 2.16"
Other than that we are looking for the standard .ai and .psd layered files with the font(s) used.
*****edit(1/26): It was pointed out to us that moo.com does not do diecut cards and becauce we do not want to limit your ideas to the 'regular' business card format, we are happy to use other printers like uprinting.com who do rounded and die-cut business cards.
We are looking forward to your submission. If you have a question, please ask.
