THE BRIEF
Keating Estates approached me with a tired and outdated set of business stationary. I was tasked with "injecting a bit more style and creativity into our designs, whilst avoiding looking too corporate".

THE SOLUTION
In order to refresh the business stationary, I first needed to update their logo and brand guidelines to give a more consistent feel across their communications. Through the use of dynamic layouts and a flexible grid, I created a set of complimentary brochures for both Sales and Lettings, showcasing the property photography and introducing a fresh colour palette. I then implemented this style across the folder design, individual property brochures, letterheads and business cards.
