Approach: show the form with the survey after clicking on the button in CTA sections. It will work and look exactly the same as on mobile devices.

The survey can be opened in two places:
1. Through the banner in the hero section.
2. Through the banner in the categories section.

The survey will replace the banner and it looks and works exactly the same as on a mobile device. I call these banners portals.
