Great Designer but not organized. Very hard for me to tell iterations of my logo apart (the file names are ridiculous.) Also, during the last revision the color scheme was changed without my consent. After this the designer began pressuring me for payment. Also, not all file formats were provided as required by 99D. Not as plug and play as I expected. I have spent hundreds more on correcting the files provided to be able to be printed properly.
