Roo Crew - From Pouch to Play
Description of the product
Roo Crew is a new line of educational preschool toys with an innovative line of ideas, props, and toys that evoke powerful positive emotions and prompt social development through sharing play experiences. This line of toys will feature all types of young educational toys aimed at young children to help them develop their social development skills outside of electronics.
The brand Roo Crew is inspired by naturally social and fun kangaroos and the special bond between mom and joey. Kangaroos mirror the brand’s magical balance of independence and dependence consistent with toddlers.
Description of the product target audience
Target market is for young children between the ages of 2 years old up through 5 years of age. We want it to have a fun, simplistic, high quality look for the package.
This will be bought by millennial moms, so they are looking for totally different packaging.
Brand feel should be social, active, playful, authentic.
We will require each package to have photos of multiple children to convey the message of social development.
Make sure we incorporate the 3 color bars that you find on the first couple slides of the branding brief.
Currently I have uploaded 3 different white boxes as it is a good example of the packaging types we have in our range.
Our internal design team will be adapting the winning design to our range of toys.
What to avoid
We would like to avoid for it looking too similar to existing major preschool brands. Rather we would like for it to differentiate from what is out there so people will not confuse us for any existing large brands. Some brands to avoid looking similar to are:
