Description of the product
Arctic Char grown sustainability in an in door recirculating aquaculture system. Sold fresh never frozen.
Description of the product target audience
Sold to distributors, restaurants and at farmers markets Someone who is concerned about eating healthy fish.
The package will be a vacuum type it should have a window to view the meat of the filet. Perhaps showing its natural habitat, which is the Arctic. So perhaps part of the package could have more white to blue tones to depict cold.
