Create a clamshell insert card for Bed Band Sheet Holders

We manufacture a new type of bed sheet holder that is currently being sold on-line worldwide..... we are now ready to move our product into the retail industry.

We have chosen the clamshell that we will use to distribute to retail stores. I am needing 2 cards designed for the insert in the clamshell. The largest card will be 4 5/8" (width) x 7" (height) with rounded corners and both sides will be designed. I will attach photo of clamshell to show what it looks like, you will see that the entire back side of card may be used. On the back of the card, I would like to have installation intructions, photos, UPC code (one for black and one for white) Manufactured in the USA by American workers, Patent Pending, etc. and any great ideas you have. The front side of card has 2 sections to be created. One portion (left side on the front side) 2 3/8" (w) x 7" (h) sits behind our product (which will be either the black or white bed bands) so any colors (solid or pattern) that will make them "pop out" is best. The second portion (right hand side on front side) This area is 7" (h) x 1 15/16" (width) will be seen as the front of the package. No ideas from here...have fun. The second insert card I need to have is (THIS MEASUREMENT IS CORRECTED FROM ORIGINAL POST) 2 5/8" (height) x 2 1/8" (width). This is being used to sit in the window with the product. ( I will include a picture of this also) I would like to have color photos showing simplicity of installation here if possible (I will also include photos of other products that show this type of advertising on their package, in case I am confusing everyone.) I hope I have not scared anyone off....this is smaller project, and my explanation may be a little more detailed than what you needed. I am open to any and all ideas....and am excited to see your designs!
