How ollyctd started their print or packaging design journey
We resell all forms of accommodation in the Kruger National Park including South African National Parks, luxury lodges and packaged tours.
We want a clear, clean look to the brochure, no frivolous detail or unnecessary adornment. The brochure must use the same basic colour scheme as the website (http://www.krugerpark.com), and ideally tie in nicely to our media pages:
No cartoon creatures necessary, unless needed to fill space. We would prefer simple with gorgeous photographs. You can take any photo you like off our Facebook competition (just check out our facebook page and pick and choose).
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The brochures will be displayed on tourist stands. The audience will then be people who are on holiday and are looking for packages or activities to engage in while in South Africa.
• The brochure will be an A4 DL brochure with a barrel fold (tri-fold). The front panel needs to be simple but clear, with a prominent logo (bear in mind that the brochure will be displayed in brochure racks that likely obscure the lower half of the front page). The back panel (seen when the brochure is folded) will have a map of Kruger Park and the last panel on that side of the paper is to have some info about the company, and our contact details.
•Two of the inner panels will contain one tour each, with a photograph, basic itinerary and price. The third panel will be of two self-drive self-catering packages, which a 2/3 thumbnails of the types of accommodation. We will specify the package and give you details. They don’t exist on our site
• Attached you will find photographs of a basic idea of what we have in mind.
• Side one: Front page with logo, back panel with map, info panel with contact details
• Side two: 5 packages
