Though our primary target audience is the million patients who pass through our hospital every year, there are several other target audiences as well. We also provide this book to the patients of the other 34 hospital's in our system that will use the book to explain the principles of Whole Person Health.
In addition, the book will be made available for sale to church groups, businesses, and major on-line retailers such as Amazon. The book will also be featured on TV, print, and radio advertising.
Looking for this book cover to have a similar “feel” as another book we created called the Creation Health Discovery (file of cover attached). Namely, we would like a clean, bright design that looks like it might be in the same family of products. You can also look at the web design for the site http://www.Healthy100.org and http://www.CreationHealth.com to get a feel for the design. Especially note the font on the phrase “What do you want to do when you’re 100?” at the top of the Healthy 100 website with the vertical lines at each end. That’s about as much of a logo type look as we have so far.

Also, if there is an interesting way to do it, we might like to include that phrase on the cover design, “What do you want to do when you’re 100?” Could be a badge or something. Of course, if it doesn’t work on the front cover we may be able to use it on the back cover at the top.
We would love to see two kinds of treatments. One that is text oriented (no photography) and one that incorporates some imagery. Our main concern is to AVOID the typical “health book” cliché of images like an apple, a joyful person leaping in the air, etc.
