JCRS (Jewish Children's Regional Service)
JCRS (Jewish Children’s Regional Service) is a non profit organization that began in 1855. It is currently the oldest existing Jewish children’s social services organization in the United States.
During the "phone-a-thon" we will be calling people that have contributed to the organization in the past, but haven't contributed to the organization in the past few years. The postcard should act as a playful reminder of the organization itself, and it should also inform them that we will be calling them soon.
We are looking for a postcard design (4.24" x 6") to announce a phone-a-thon fundraising campaign. The copy that will appear on the designed portion of the card will say:
It should be an eye catching, smart and fun design. Integrated into the design we need to include our logo. (size optional) SEE ATTACHED FILES. We are very open to design ideas. It can be strictly design and type, or it can have images and/or icons integrated into the design. Some ideas that have been discussed: The look and feel of a hand drawn postcard or note. Maybe include a coffee stain? Doodle? Perhaps it's written on a blackboard? Icing on a cake? Perhaps a phone is somehow integrated into the design? We really are open to your ideas and interpretation.
The copy on the back of the postcard (NOT INCLUDED IN DESIGN) will read "We're calling to say hello! JCRS's New Orleans Phone-A-Thon will be held the evening of March 14th and 17th. We will be calling all of our local friends to say hi, catch you up on what's going on at JCRS, and how you can get involved and support the organization. We look forward to speaking with you!"
We look forward to your submissions. We're pretty good about feedback, so please check back.
