Elegant Jacket ReDesign for Book titled Building Your Dream Home

Have you ever thought about building your dream home? There are so many options and so many things that can go WRONG! What to do? Well, now there's an experienced builder who's written a book to help people understand and LOVE the process of building their custom dream home. And we need your help to re-design the cover in a fresh new way.

This is a book jacket redesign project for a custom home builder in Orlando, Florida. The builder Dave Konkol has been creating some of the most beautiful and well designed homes in Central Florida for more than 20 years. He is the founder and president of Dave Konkol Homes, Inc., a custom homebuilding and remodeling company specializing in luxury homes.

We are including a copy of the previous cover design so you can get a feel for what we have used in the past. However, we are NOT looking for a design that mimics or matches this design. We are looking for something new. A fresh take on this book jacket design.

This book is targeted to people who are interested in building an upscale custom home. This is a range that might be called "low-to-mid-range luxury homes." These aren't mansions, but certainly large, unique, custom-designed homes.

Because Dave builds custom luxury homes, the book cover re-design needs to appeal to an upscale market. We are looking for a design that is elegant, timeless, and enticing. Of course we prefer the design appeal to BOTH women and men. However, in our experience it is primarily women who read the book.

We have attached several files for the re-design:
- Book Jacket copy for the front and back covers, as well as jacket flaps
- Author photo
- Suggested Cover photo (but we are open to others if you have a better interior OR exterior home photograph)
- Publisher logo
- Builder's logo
- Previous book jacket cover (again, we are attaching this just so you can see what we used in the past. We are NOT looking for you to mimic this design. We want something fresh and new.)
