CRS Occupational Accident Insurance & "If Any" Driver Worker's Compensation
CRS provides contractor outsourcing solutions to transportation companies that utilize Independent Operator fleets. CRS contracts with owner operator drivers to lease their owned equipment and driving services to us. CRS then assigns these qualified owner operator drivers and their equipment to the motor carrier (our client). In doing so, we operate as a large fleet management company consisting of all independent contractor owner operator drivers. CRS has been providing these services to the transportation industry since 2001.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
CRS targets motor carrier owners, many of whom were drivers themselves, who now have 25 to 100 drivers who provide transportation services to them. Usually these fleet drivers are men and women, sometimes couples, who make a living with their owned or leased over-the-road equipment. Both the motor carrier owners and the drivers are hard working, salt of the earth people from all over the country, with out whom this country could not thrive. They richly deserve the professional 3rd party Contract Management and Services Company that CRS has become. CRS provides key risk management objectives that provide justification of Independent Contractor status, and establish a proper insurable interest for each driver contracted under our program.
We seek to utilze the logo attached (the compass) in a tri-fold flyer that can be also used as a mailer. We believe oranges and blues are currently popular but will be flexible. Perhaps graphics that tie the logo in with driver's multiple choices such as traffic circles, cross roads and highway signs etc.... might be suitable. That's where my head is at, but I'm anxious to see what you the designers think. The post office prefers mailers that are 3.75" X 8.5" (like a #10 envelope) to meet normal 1st class requirements. The address page must have sufficient white space to accommodate the address and return address. The return address box has to have at least 1/8th of an inch border around it on all sides. I am looking for the flyer to be the first step to a fresher website and all the other office essentials such as stationary, business cards etc.I look forward to your ideas and appreciate that this may require some give and take correspondance. Good luck!
