We're a software company specialising in human resources, talent management and competency/skills assessment software. We're a niche player in this marketspace with a highly unique product. We provide our solutions on a global basis and have offices in Australia, USA and UK. Our 'image' is one of professional consulting and 'leadership' focused. We're selling a 'solution' and not just a piece of software. We are very 'partner' focused in our dealings with our clients and so tend to not just sell our software but work proactively with that client to drive meaningful results.

Our primary audience and target market is training and development companies and consulting firms. We offer these firms a web based platform that allows them to easily, quickly and robustly manage many types of assessment projects in support of their client engagements. So essentially we provide a solution to consulting firms, that in turn, is used by those firms as part of their own client engagements and projects. Our target market will be leadership and people 'development firms worldwide.
We need to create a corporate, professional and visually stylish brochure based on the text in the attached file ( along with any text improvements that anyone would like to make ), Our major 'selling points' are;
1. We partner with professional development firms to provide them with a robust, flexable and customizable competency assessment platform.
2. We customize this platform to suit our partners very unique needs
3. We offer a solution that drives revenue growth while reducing manual processes and inefficiencies
The brochure should be visual but 'Corporate' in nature.
