I need a flyer designed to explain (and illustrate) a fun but slightly complicated raffle we are running in January.
Here's the info:
The Chepstow House School Ultimate Wine Raffle
How it works:
On 7 January 2019 each child at Chepstow will be sent home with an envelope containing two white stickers. These stickers are to be placed on the back of a bottle of wine that will be donated to the Chepstow House School Ultimate Wine Raffle.
One sticker will have the family name written on it and the other is to write a note about the wine they are donating. (example, "Let it sit for a few years!" or "Best served with fish or pasta")
From 7 January to 11 January
FCH will have a table for collecting wine and every family at Chepstow House will bring in one bottle of wine with their stickers affixed to the wine bottle.
From 14 January to 18 January FCH and neighborhood wine merchant, Jerobaum’s, will catalogue the wines and create 4 days of raffle prizes plus the final, grand prize, of 200+ bottles of wine.
21 January raffles prizes announced and raffle tickets sold for two weeks.
Raffle begins 4 February:
Days 1-4 will be smaller awards 3-6 bottles of wine selected for region, score etc...
Day 5, 8th February: FINAL RAFFLE! 200+ bottles of outstanding wine plus 6 months of cellaring by Jerobaum's.
Raffle tickets will be £5 each or a pack of 10 for £40.
100% of proceeds go the Chepstow Philanthropic Fund benefiting Stand By Me, Breaking Barriers and also the Chepstow Bursary.
